One of my all time favorite things about summer is the abundance of fresh fruit. And my favorite thing to do with said fruit? Cobblers, of course! Now, peach cobbler is my ultimate favorite. It’s quite possibly my favorite dessert in the history of ever. But sadly it’s not always all about me, and it turns out not everyone likes peaches (gasp!).
