Chobani’s #BreakYouMake – Long Distance Baking

Have you heard of Chobani’s #BreakYouMake campaign? Turns out we Americans do not take daily breaks, breaks we need to refuel and recharge. Think about it, when was the last time you really stepped away from your desk, turned off your phone, ignored your email and just enjoyed a mini break? I say it’s time we change that! So thank you, Chobani, for introducing the #BreakYouMake. America, let’s take more breaks!

Chobani is challenging everybody to nominate a person in their life for #BreakYouMake Day (which was Wednesday, June 3). You mean, we can’t chose ourselves?! Just kidding…. I think everyone deserves a break when they need one but the one person that immediately comes to mind: my mom
