One of my all time favorite things about summer is the abundance of fresh fruit. And my favorite thing to do with said fruit? Cobblers, of course! Now, peach cobbler is my ultimate favorite. It’s quite possibly my favorite dessert in the history of ever. But sadly it’s not always all about me, and it turns out not everyone likes peaches (gasp!). I. Love. Peach. Cobbler. It’s the best. As much as I love chocolate, peach cobbler may just be my favorite dessert! Maybe it’s because I only get to eat it a few times each year, it seems more special. When most people go camping they roast hot dogs or bbq.
