December 2016 – Long Distance Baking

When Kelly and I did our Whole30 adventure, I was worried I was going to miss cheese. I love cheese. I love ritz crackers with cheddar cheese, scrambled eggs with goat cheese, a bagel slathered in cream cheese, a thick chunk of fresh mozzarella on a pizza…me and cheese have a good thing going on.
